Please Note: Items showing clear signs of structural wear, cosmetic stains, or intentional alterations triggered after final destination arrival cannot be approved for reimbursement.
Please inspect your shipment parameters immediately upon physical receipt. If an item arrives structurally defective, damaged during carrier transit, or if you receive an incorrect product variant due to our manufacturing error, please flag the discrepancy to our studio right away. In these verified edge cases, Billriske will fully cover all standard return return shipping costs and rapidly expedite a fresh premium replacement or full monetary refund.
For standard preference returns (such as a change of heart or choosing an alternate style variant post-purchase), the buyer is responsible for settling the outbound return postage fees. Outbound distribution costs originally incurred during the initial purchase stage are structurally non-refundable.
Due to clear health, sanitary, and structural customization parameters, specific categories of goods cannot be accepted for structural returns. This includes customized personalized print orders, intimate inner apparel items, and promotional mystery sale items.
