Orders

1. How do I place an order and what happens after checkout?

Select your item, choose your size and color, and add it to your cart. At checkout, confirm your shipping details and pay in USD using one of our accepted payment methods. You will receive an order confirmation email from billriske.com with your order number and summary. Your order then moves to processing (standard handling time is 1-1 business days). When it ships, we will email tracking details so you can follow the journey.

2. What payment methods do you accept and in what currency?

We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards, Stripe, and Airwallex. All payments are processed in USD. Taxes are shown at checkout where applicable.

3. I’m unsure about my size—what should I do?

If you are between sizes, we recommend comparing the product’s listed measurements to a similar garment you already own. A slightly roomier fit is often best for layering pieces like cardigans or jackets, while a closer fit may suit tops or dresses you plan to wear alone. If you would like personalized guidance, email us with your measurements and the item name—we are here to help.

Shipping

1. What are the shipping fee, handling time, and transit time?

Our standard shipping fee is $6.99 per order. Standard handling time is 1-1 business days. Standard transit time is 2-5 business days. We currently do not offer free shipping.

2. How will I receive tracking information?

As soon as your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear with the carrier, so check back if you do not see movement right away.

3. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If your order has not shipped, email us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. We will do our best to help, but once a package is in transit, address changes may not be possible.

Returns

1. What is your return window and what is required for a return?

You can request a return within 30 days from delivery. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging. Include your order number and reason for return in your email to help us assist you quickly. We do not charge a restocking fee. Original shipping is refunded only when we are at fault (e.g., wrong or defective item).

2. How long do refunds take after my return is received?

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed in 5-7 business days back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

3. Do you offer exchanges?

To get the right size or color fast, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the replacement. If you need sizing help before reordering, email us—we are here to help.
