You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Because our standard handling time is 1-1 business days, requests made after this window may not be possible.

2. After processing begins

Once an order enters processing, we cannot guarantee cancellation. If the package has been handed to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible; you may consider return options once delivered, in line with our returns policy.

  • Appearance on your statement: typically 5-10 business days after we process the refund.
  • Shipping fees: the original $6.99 per order shipping fee is refunded only when Billriske is at fault (for example, a system error causing a duplicate order).

5. Confirm your shipping address before payment

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once processing begins, we may be unable to change it. If a delivery issue occurs due to an address provided incorrectly at checkout, reshipment (if available) will require a new standard shipping fee of $6.99 per order.
